The Composition:  Combined Clostridial-Escherichia coli bacterin-toxoid vaccine.

An opaque liquid vaccine containing Clostridium novyi (edematous), Clostridium septicum, Clostridium sordellii, Clostridium perfringens B, C, D, Clostridium chauvoei, Clostridium haemolyticum bacterin-toxoids and Escherichia coli K99/F41/F17(Fy) bacterin, adsorbed on Aluminum Hydroxide gel. %0.4 Formaldehyde is inactivated. The vaccine contains 0.01% Thiomersal as a preservative. Immunogenic power; >3.5 IU/ml for Clostridium novyi Alpha toxin, >2.5 IU/ml for Clostridium septicum Alpha toxin, >10.0 IU/ml for Clostridium perfringens Beta toxin and >5.0 IU/ml for Epsilon toxin, >1.0 IU/ml for Clostridium sordellii is. It protects guinea pigs by 90% against virulent culture injection for Clostridium chauvoei and by 75% against virulent culture injection for Clostridium haemolyticum. In addition, it provides protection against diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli. Provides >100 AU (Agglutinin Unit) immune response to Escherichia coli K99 antigen. Target animal species applied; cattle, calf, sheep, lamb, goat, kid and pregnant cattle, pregnant sheep, pregnant goats. 

INDICATIONS: Blackleg caused by Clostridium chauvoei, Malignant Edema/Bradzot Disease caused by Clostridium septicum, Infectious Necrotic Hepatitis (Black Disease) caused by Clostridium novyi (oedematiens), Clostridium sordellii and Against Enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens Types B, C and D, Struck Disease caused by Clostridium perfringens Type C and Bacillary Icterohemoglobinuria (Red Water Disease) caused by Clostridium haemolyticum, healthy cattle, calves, sheep, lambs, It is applied to healthy pregnant cattle, pregnant sheep and pregnant goats to provide immunity against goats, kids and diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli.

Contraindications: None.

How to Apply and Dosage: It is applied aseptically, intramuscularly or subcutaneously, in amounts of 4 ml to the left side of the neck for cattle and 2 ml to the armpit areas for sheep, lambs, goats and kid goats. The second dose is administered to all species 3-4 weeks after the first dose. 

Calves, 3-4 months after birth: The first dose is applied to lambs and kid goats two months after birth. It is recommended to reapply a single dose every year. It is applied to pregnant cattle, pregnant sheep and pregnant goats in two doses with an interval of 3-4 weeks during the last period of pregnancy. A single dose is administered to vaccinated pregnant animals before each birth.

WARNINGS: Adequate immunity can only occur in healthy animals. Therefore, administration to animals with infections or metabolic disorders should be avoided. It should be kept apart from children and uninformed people. The entire contents of the opened vaccine vial should be used. The vaccine vial in its packaging should be shaken well before use.

SIDE EFFECTS: A short-term, minor reaction may occur at the injection site because the vaccine contains adjuvant. Rarely, hypersensitivity may occur. In this case, adrenaline or similar preparations should be administered against anaphylactic shock.

Legal purification period: Animals should not be vaccinated 28 days before slaughter.

How to Store: Vaccination vials must be stored between +2°C and +8°C, away from direct 

sunlight. It should not be frozen.

Packaging shape:  It is presented as 25 cattle-calf doses/ 50 sheep-lamb-kid goat doses/bottle or 12.5 cattle-calf doses/ 25 sheep-lamb-kid goats doses/bottle or 7.5 cattle-calf doses/ 15 sheep-lamb- goat-kid dose/bottle.

Disposal conditions: Vaccines that have expired or have not been stored under the required storage conditions should be destroyed by autoclaving (30 minutes at 121°C).
