THE COMPONENTS/ COMPOSITION: Combined Escherichia coli-Clostridium perfringens Type C bacterin-toxoid vaccine. An opaque liquid vaccine containing Escherichia coli K99/F41/F17(Fy) bacterin and Clostridium perfringens Type C bacterin and its toxoids was adsorbed on Aluminum Hydroxide gel. It was inactivated with 0.4% formaldehyde. The vaccine contains 0.01% Thiomersal as a preservative. Immunogenic power: It protects against diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli if the offspring of pregnant cows, sheep, and goats vaccinated with VBR K99+C vaccine receive breast milk within the first two hours after birth. Provides >100 AU immune response to Escherichia coli antigen against Clostridium perfringens Type C Beta toxin? Provides 10.0 IU/ml antitoxic immunity. Target animal species applied: pregnant cattle,

INDICATIONS: It is used in healthy pregnant cattle, pregnant sheep and pregnant goats to create an immune response against diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli and to provide Beta antitoxin immunity against Enterotoxemia and Struck Disease caused by Clostridium perfringens Type C.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: None.
How to Apply/Dosage: It is applied aseptically, intramuscularly or subcutaneously, in amounts of 2 ml to the left side of the neck of pregnant cattle and 1 ml to the armpit areas of pregnant sheep and goats. It is applied as a single dose to pregnant cows, sheep and goats one month before birth against E.coli infections. CL. It is applied twice with an interval of 21 days against perfringens type C Enterotoxemia. The vaccine is given as a single dose once again before every subsequent birth. Vaccine vials must be shaken before use.
WARNINGS: Adequate immunity can only occur in healthy animals. Therefore, administration to animals with infections or metabolic disorders must be avoided. It should be kept away from children and uninformed people. The vaccine vial in its packaging should be shaken well before use. All the contents of the opened vaccine vial should be used.
SIDE EFFECTS: Since the vaccine contains an adjuvant, a short-term, minor reaction may occur at the injection site. Rarely, hypersensitivity may occur. In this case, adrenaline or similar preparations should be administered against anaphylactic shock.
LEGAL PURIFICATION PERIOD: Animals should not be vaccinated 28 days before slaughter.
How to Store: Vaccine vials should be stored between +2°C and +8°C, away from direct sunlight. It should not be frozen.

Disposal Terms: Vaccines that have expired or cannot be stored under the required conditions should be destroyed by autoclaving (30 minutes at 121°C).
